Refund Policies

Conference Refund Policy:

Because the majority of our events sell out, registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another MorningStar event, product, or special. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to accommodate all of our guests.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

In an effort to better serve guests seeking last-minute accommodations, cancelling a room reservation must be done 48-hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
